Chili cold smoked
Done with a soldering iron and some maple wood on the grill

A empty can is used where a 60W soldering iron is fixed on the bottom:
I use my homegrown Choclate Habaneros this time, but it would work with nearly all Chilis!
The Chili is cut in half to make the drying process faster.
Also Cheese can be cold smoked, they only take 1hour, the Chili can take 5 or more hours!

After 5 hours i put them for 2 hours on 50°C in the oven to dry them crispy.
Finished, crazy hot but delicious Chili
